Order & Delivery Steps 

1. CUT OFF for orders is Monday at NOON prior to the delivery date.  No exceptions!

2. Click the “Order Online” tab – select desired products and add to the cart.  .

3. Follow checkout process (all orders must be prepaid online – Debit, Visa Debit, Credit Card).  If someone is picking up for you, provide their phone number in the "Special Request" section.  Please contact us if you have any problems: info@thecompletek9.ca
4. You will receive TWO emails.  The first is your order confirmation with your total that you will receive immediately - please review this information to ensure accuracy, the second email is sent on the TUESDAY before delivery and will have your pickup number.  YOU WILL NEED THIS NUMBER FOR PICKUP.  If you cannot find these emails please search info@thecompletek9.ca in the search bar of your inbox and they should come up.  Sometimes these end up in your junk/spam/purchases.

5. Once you receive your pick-up number correspond it to the pick-up time slots below.  Click the + sign to expand the box.

6. Show up to your selected location at your allotted time.  Review the delivery location maps below.

7. Please review the drive-through instructions, pull up to us and give us your pickup number.

8. We will load your product for you!

We offer FREE monthly delivery to pickup locations in the following communities:

  • SOUTH DELIVERY

    Innisfail, Olds, Didsbury, Balzac, Calgary North, Calgary South

    Our South delivery route is typically scheduled for the first Saturday of every month (statuatory holidays may affect this)
  • NORTH DELIVERY

    Wetaskiwin, Leduc, Edmonton South, Edmonton North, St. Albert, Morinville, Stony Plain, Entwhistle, Drayton Valley, Alsike, Winfield, Rimbey

    Our North delivery route is typically scheduled for the third Saturday of every month (statuatory holidays may affect this)
  • CENTRAL DELIVERY

    Red Deer, Sylvan Lake

    Our Central delivery is usually scheduled for the second Saturday of every month (statuatory holidays may affect this)

What time should I arrive at the pickup location?


Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an (automated) email a few days prior to the delivery date. This email will contain your Order Pickup Number. Your Order Pickup Number identifies your order at your pickup location, and will correspond with a specific time to arrive and collect your order. Several of our pickup locations have been broken down into time slots based on your Order Pickup Number. This facilitates the efficient and systematic unloading of our delivery trucks. Your Order Pickup Number will correspond with a specific pickup time. Please arrive at your order pickup location on time.

  • If you arrive early - Please wait off to the side until your specific pickup time, as your order will not have been unloaded from the delivery trucks yet.
  • If you arrive late, and we are still at the pickup location - Please join the customer line-up and we will be happy to assist you in collecting your order.
  • If you arrive late, and we are no longer at the pickup location - Please proceed to the next delivery location on the route to collect your order (ie; if you miss the Balzac pickup, please proceed to the Calgary South pickup location)
  • If you are unable to collect your order on delivery day - Please contact us by email (info@thecompletek9.ca) to advise us BEFORE your scheduled pick-up time.
  • If you do not claim your order (and do not notify us before your pickup time) - Please note that a restocking fee of $10.00 (per bag) will be applied to any unclaimed orders

When do I need to submit my order by? (order cutoff dates)

How do I pay for my order?

    Your order can be pre-paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) safely & securely through our online payment processor, at the time of checkout.

  2. Interac Online (Debit Card)
    Your order can be pre-paid by debit card via online banking (Interac Online) safely & securely through our online payment processor, at the time of checkout.
