• Customers who fail to collect their raw food orders as schedule are not eligible for a refund.  Product that is prepared specifically for your order and not collected as scheduled cannot be resold due to product integrity, health and safety reasons. 

  • We cannot carry orders over to future delivery dates.

  • Customers who miss their scheduled pick up are welcome to collect their order at our shop (please see the Contact Us page of our website within 7 days.  Please let us know ahead of time when you are coming so we can have your order ready for pick up.

  • No show order pick ups at our shop are subject to a flat fee of $25.00. 


  • Customers cancelling orders prior to a scheduled delivery will receive an instore credit to use towards a future order or;

  • Refund less 5% processing fee. 



  • All late orders (any orders received after the 12:00 p.m. cut off on the Monday prior to delivery date) are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.  No exception.

  • Orders for delivery can be placed anytime during the month.  You do not need to wait for the ‘order now’ email reminder to be sent.  If you are planning to be away, please place your order before you leave.



  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the following restrictions: 

  • Raw food items must be in original, unopened packaging, and remained fully frozen. Raw food items are subject to a 30% return fee. Please understand that we cannot re-sell or reuse any returned raw food items.

  • Returns will only be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Unless otherwise arranged, products should be returned to our office at: 25429 Highway 12 East, Lacombe County, AB, T4L2N4, Canada.
