Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (ie; only a portion of the order is returned)
No Shows & Refunds
If you do not show up to collect your order as scheduled, you will have 1 week (7 days) to contact us. We are unable to carry order/payments forward to a future delivery.
There are two options for no show customers:
· Refund: Refunds on all orders will be processed less a $5 administrative handling fee and $10/bag restocking fee if we are contacted within 7 days of the delivery.
· In-store Pickup: You can pick up your order from our shop within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Restocking fee ($10/bag) must be paid upon pickup.
· Restocking fee will be waived if we are contacted prior to the time of delivery.
· Refunds issued will be refunded to your method of payment. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statements.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
