We’re thrilled to announce we’re back in business! After our recent partnership with Family Meats, an Alberta-owned, premium meat supplier, we’re stronger than ever and ready to serve you the best raw pet food in the business. Thank you to all of our amazing customers for your support over the past year. We appreciate your patience during this transition period!

FAQs 

Will the product quality change? 

The Complete K9 (Family Meats) will continue to use raw products from licensed and inspected facilities and the product will now be MANUFACTURED IN A HUMAN GRADE AND INSPECTED FACILITY!  
We are so excited for this, and we know our customers will be too!  

Will the product consistency change? 

We will still be using many of the same suppliers and the grinder plate sizes are the same so the product consistency and texture will remain the same. 

Will the product packaging change? 

We have introduced new packaging which will include 1lb “tubes” in a 40lb box.  This will make transport and storage much more convenient for our customers!  The product will stay fresh for longer in your freezer too.  

Will I be able to purchase your entire line? 

For now, we will offer the Ultimate Chicken, Ultimate Chicken/Beef, Ultimate Turkey, Ultimate Turkey/Beef, Ultimate Duck (coming soon), Ultimate Duck/Beef (coming soon), a variety of beef bones, and some poultry necks.  
Over the next few months, we will continue building up our product listing.  

Will deliveries work the same? 
Family Meats will start by offering the products for purchase directly from their storefront in Ponoka (5710 49 Street Ponoka, Alberta). We have also started a scaled back delivery route!  See “Delivery Information” tab for details! 

How do I order? 

You can place orders through our website for In-Store pickup or delivery!  You can also just walk in to our store on Ponoka.
